5 Buc. Market is a development project coming soon from Martin Construction.

We are pleased to partner with one of Nashville’s oldest and most respected builders, Martin Construction, to bring their newest project to life in historic Salemtown Nashville. The 5 Buc. Market, named for its location at the crossroads of 5th Ave N and Buchanan St., sits at Salemtown’s only commercial intersection and will serve as a community hub with a mix of services and businesses aimed at increasing the livability of an already established and desirable residential neighborhood. Speck Fare is working with the developer to brand the space and serve as the landlord representative for their future tenants.

Estimated completion date to be Fall 2022.
